Ethics & Jurisprudence Exam

The Jurisprudence Learning Module (JLM) and the Jurisprudence Exam questions do NOT reflect Health Canada exemptions for prescribing and providing controlled substances under Section 56(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA). Pharmacy teams must still be aware of and follow ACP's Controlled drugs and substances exemption guidelines. The prescriptions regulation chart referenced in the JLM has also been superseded by Health Canada’s Quick reference guide for pharmacists dispensing and purchasing controlled substances.
